Offer

Catering

There are great options in the Waitaki region to meet all of your catering needs or we can simply introduce you to a nuber of trusted caterers who will fit your occasion.

Mobile Bar

There is an awesome option for a mobile bar that will make your event super special. Take the stress away and leave it to the passionate team at The Thirsty Float.

Chairs, Tables, Covers & Cloths

The Otematata volunteer fire brigade has lots of hire equipment for weddings to assist with thier fundraising efforts. Chair covers, table cloths, table ornaments and dressing.

Celebrants

With local and near by clelbrants available, we are sure we can introduce you to one who suits your personality and style of celebration.

Marquee

We have our own large marquee available locally to hire with enclosed walls, lighting, and internal dressing. Make you occasion extra special in a bespoke location.

Bands & DJ's

Based within a couple of hours there are a huge number of talented musicians and DJ's who can make sure you celebrate your night in style.

We used Brent and Kirsty and their team from Otematata's Best Dam Pub for our wedding in Naesby, 2021 and would highly recommend them. They were so easy to work, had lots of great ideas and made it all hassle free - just what you with a wedding! We had a grazing table, a buffet with a carvery and an awesome dessert table - the whole lot was fantastic and we still get comments now about how good the food was. We would have no hesitation in recommending Brent and Kirsty and their team again and would use them again for another function.
